LUCKY THUMB MOTORCYCLE CLUB
FACILITY RULES
1. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 2. All pets must be kept on a leash.
3. NO alcohol is permitted on the premises, or glass containers.
4. NO fowl language allowed
5. NO illegal substances whatsoever.
6. Fire extinguishers are mandatory in every pit.
7. Quiet time is 11:00 p.m, all vehicles without factory installed lights, including pedal bikes are
to be stopped and parked at published sunset time for that day. ALL vehicles are to be stopped and parked at 11 pm. All riders, family members, friends, under age 15 will be back at their campsite by 11pm. Music will be turned down as not to bother neighboring riders and people trying to sleep. Absolutely NO pit riding after 11pm. Violations will be enforced by the Referee and/or the track designated pit steward and/or the D14 club council.
Violators will be penalized by being disqualified for the entire race weekend and possibly forced to leave the club grounds.
8. All trash and cans are to be placed in appropriate trash can or container.
9. NO generators after 11:00 p.m.
10.All vehicles, trailers and motorhomes, parked in pit areas are to be parked
straight in or out, not parked “sideways”, and pit areas are reserved for
vehicles of racers only. Each campsite is allowed 20 ft on their side of the
electric pole to park and setup camp. (see camping rules)
11. NO pit racing
12. Pit bikes, pedal bikes, golf carts, utv’s and 4-wheelers must be parked during
all practices and all races. Only Lucky Thumb staff will be permitted to use
machines to put on the race. Only one pit bike per rider is allowed during the race only to help a rider
with a mechanical or equipment problem.
13. Each vehicle (including motorcycles, atv’s, golf carts, pedal bikes) must only have the amount
of people on board that the unit is designed to safely have. No pulling other vehicles or pedal bikes.
14. 5 m.p.h. is the speed limit thru the pits and on driveways.
15. Never is the use of motorized vehicles or bicycles permitted in the spectator
areas.
16. Helmets are mandatory on all cycles and atv’s at ALL times.
17. The trails in the woods are open and trail direction markers are to be
followed. The trails are accessible from the east end of the grounds and
return to the east end. There is no riding on driveways, or grass areas, or
near the club house only to get to the trails.
18. You are responsible for everyone you bring into your pit or allow to operate
your machine.
19. Keep fire pits to a minimum, do not burn wood with nails or any metal
objects, clean up when done, and clean your entire pit area before leaving.
20. Failure to follow these rules can result in the loss of racing privileges and or
escorted off the club property. Repeat offenders will be banned from all
Lucky Thumb functions.
Rules for Campsites at LTMC.
1. You must rent your spot in advance for reserved campsites.
2. You have 20ft from the pole for your campsite.
3. You must pull straight in or back in your spot straight next to the pole. There should be room for 2 vehicles in between the rented spots.
4. If a spot is marked as taken, you may not pull into that spot. Reserved campsites will be clearly marked.
5. If you want a spot for the Anniversary Weekend or the State Championship, should we host, you must rent your spot in advance. Any spots open the week of the event are first come, first serve.
6. If you come in early and plug into a pole, you must pay for your extra days.
7. Even if you are not directly next to a pole and you plug into an extra socket, you must pay for power.
8. Please leave your spot as clean or cleaner as when you arrived. It is up to the discretion of the club
to take your spot away if you abuse the grounds.
9. Campsite rental is for 1 year of summer events only, winter events are first come first serve.
Pricing
1 yr reserved campsite = $120
1 Weekend reserved = $40
Each additional night = $10
Unreserved camping with electricity $40 per weekend, without electricity is free in rustic camping areas.
